So when Patricia and I decided to downsize, we did the exact opposite. Instead opting for a 16 room former church rectory. It was just too cool and in such good shape, we had to. And it fits us perfect. With our office and studios and a gallery and small shop on first floor and live upstairs. Good ol’ mom & pop shop.
